Mother's Day Tournament

4. Entry is free to all ladies, in celebration of Mother’s day.

5. Tournaments will take place at 11h30, 12h00, 12h30, 13h00, 13h30, 14h00 and 14h30.

6. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

7. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.

8. The respective draw times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.

9. Where applicable, in instances where the finalist has opted out the last podium, envelope, key or other option used to select the prize winner(s) or prize(s) will be issued to that finalist that opted out by default of the other finalists choosing first.

10. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) on the day of the draw(s) 15 minutes before the draw

Prize winners must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket receipt, MVG card belonging to the winner; and SA ID book/Card, valid SA Driver’s License or valid Passport when coming to collect their prize.  Under certain circumstances and at management’s discretion, ID verification can also be done via CMP, should a guest fail to produce an original ID and provided they have an ID on the current system.

12. Only the lawful cardholder of the corresponding winning ticket is entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules.

13. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds a re-draw will occur and the prize winner who is not present shall forfeit the prize without any compensation.

14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.

15. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.

17. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes, finalists, and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.

18 Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation. This version of the rules are the official rules and supersedes any other document purporting to be rules for this promotional competition.

19. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights.

20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.

21. These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.

22. Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice.
