Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Banning order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;

  1. To qualify for a ticket into the Fuel Up Sundays Draw, participants must earn 3 points between Sunday at 18h00 and Next Sunday at 16h00.
  2. Participants should activate their entry by printing their receipt for the Fuel Up Sundays draw on the day of the draw from 10h00 until 16h45.
  3. Draw takes place at 17h00.
  4. Tickets will be capped at 50 for the Fuel Up Sundays draws;
  5. Customers need to be present for the draw. Customers will be given 120 seconds after their names are called to claim their prize at the Casino main stage. Should a customer not present themselves, they will forfeit their prize and a re-draw will take place.
  6. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  7. Prize Winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  8. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
  9. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  10. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
  11. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes, finalists, and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
  12. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation. This version of the rules are the official rules and supersedes any other document purporting to be rules for this promotional competition.
  13. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights.
  14. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.

  16. Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice.
