3. Customers have to earn 100 casino points in the Prive in the prior week to qualify for a ticket into the draw.  i.o.w. 100 Points between prior Friday at 23h00 to the current Friday at 21h00. . 

4. The draw will take place at 22h00 on 22 and 29 December 2023 and 5, 12 and 19 January 2024.   There will be 3 draws on the 26th of January 2024 at 20h00, 21h00 and 22h00.  The draw for the AMG will be at 22h00 on 26 Jan 2024.

5. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. The number of tickets per person is limited to 50.

6. Tickets can be printed at the Promotions Kiosk between 10h00 and 21h45 on 22 and 29 November and 5, 12 and 19 January 2024.  On 26 January 2024 ticket printing will start at 10h00 and will end 15 minutes before each respective draw.

7. The respective draw times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.

8. Entries into the draw must be activated 15 minutes before the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s)

9. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of the winning ticket. Only the lawful cardholder of the corresponding winning ticket is entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules.

10. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds a re-draw will occur and the prize winner who is not present shall forfeit the prize without any compensation.

11. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.

12. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

13. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.

14. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes, finalists, and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.

15. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation. This version of the rules are the official rules and supersedes any other document purporting to be rules for this promotional competition.

16. In the event, that management makes any exception, or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights.

17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.

18. These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com. 

19. Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice.
