3. Customers have to earn 2 casino points in prior month for a ticket into the Wednesday and Saturday qualifying draws.  Customers must earn 2 points on the day for a ticket into the Bonus draws on 16 December 2023. 

4. 9 Rides to Riches, Wednesday qualifying draws will take place at 20h00.  Saturday Qualifying draws will take place at 21h00.  9 Rides to Riches – Ford Ranger Bonus Qualifying draws will take place at 17h00, 18h00, 19h00 and 20h00 on Saturday, 16 December 2023.

5. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. The number of tickets per person is limited to 50.

6. Tickets can be printed at the Promotions Kiosk between 10h00 and 19h45 for the Wednesday Qualifying draws, between 10h00 and 20h45 for the Saturday Qualifying draws.  On 16 December 2023, tickets can be printed between 10h00 and 16h45 for the 17h00 draw, between 10h00 and 17h45 for the 18h00 draw, between 10h00 and 18h45 for the 19h00 draw and between 10h00 and 19h45 for the 20h00 draw.

7.  9 Rides to Riches – Ford Ranger qualifying Wednesday draws will take place on 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 November 2023 and 6 and 13 December 2023.  Saturday  qualifying draws will take place on 4 and 11 November 2023 and on 2 December 2023.  Bonus Qualifying draws will take place on Saturday, 16 December 2023 at 17h00, 18h00 19h00 and 20h00. 

8. The respective draw times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.

9. Entries into the draw must be activated 15 minutes before the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s)

10. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of the winning ticket. Only the lawful cardholder of the corresponding winning ticket is entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules.

11. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds a re-draw will occur and the prize winner who is not present shall forfeit the prize without any compensation.

12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.

13. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.

15. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes, finalists, and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.

16. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation. This version of the rules are the official rules and supersedes any other document purporting to be rules for this promotional competition.

17. In the event, that management makes any exception, or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights.

18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.

19. These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.

20. Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice.
