QUALIFYING CRITERIA

  • Sun Vacation Club guests have to spend R250 or more in cash or leisure points at participating outlets to qualify (The Raj, The Raj Express, Hard Rock Café, Legends Restaurant, Shun De, Cherry Lounge, Vibes, Candy shop, and Harlequins Cocktail bar)
  • Guests will receive a slip where they will be rquired to physically write the following details at the back of the slip: 
    • Name and surname
    • ID number
    • Sun Vacation number
    • Cell phone number 
    • Email address
  • Guests will then drop the slip/s at the draw bin placed at the Sun City Hotel foyer next to the casino floor.
  • When the Draw bin has been mixed, the draw will take place on the promo stage.
  • Only entries selected and positively verified during the draws will be confirmed as winners of the prizes.

RULES

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotional competition.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a banning order or who is self-excluded or who fall into category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotional competition.
  3. This promotional competition is open to Sun Vacation guests, and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of Sun International.
  1. A person may enter the competition by spending R250 or more excluding gratuity during the promotional period. Enter slip at Draw bins supplied at Sun City Casino floor foyer after visiting participating retailer/s.
  2. Entry slips valid through out for the promotional period. Entered Slips must have a valid contact details, ID number to be verified as an eligible ticket
  3. The Participating tenants are The Raj, Hard Rock Café, Legends, Cherry, Shun De Restaurants, Harlequins Bar, Vibes and the Candy Shop. Bill amount cannot be split and only one transaction per payment
  4. Entries cannot be purchased by cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  5. Draw times and dates; and the qualifying criteria for entry slips will be advertised through mediums used for this promotional competition.
  6. The draw will be a manual draw where winning slips will be pulled to confirm all 5 winners for the monthly draws and 8 winners for the grand final draw
  7. The first ticket drawn will be the winner of the first prize and all winners will be contacted telephonically if not present at the draw; Valid proof of Identity must be provided when collecting prizes
  8. The prize winner must claim the prize within 14 days of the draw. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days of the guest being contacted and after all correspondence has been verified by the surveillance department, then a re-draw will be done on next draw date.
  9. Prizes are not transferable for cash. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  10. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  11. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
  12. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
  13. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  14. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
