Rules

  1. Guests to spend R250 or more in cash or leisure points to qualify.
  2. Guest to write their details at the back of the slip.
  3. Each outlet will be issued with a stamp and cashiers are to stamp guest’s slip at the back if a guest is willing to enter.
  1. All necessary details to be completed on the entry slips including the ID number.
  2. Participant whose contact details are not provided or clear will be disqualified.
  3. There will be monthly draws to draw 10 finalist to the car draw.
  4. Selected contestants will be issued with prizes or get a chance to spin and win prizes sponsored by participating retail shops on the day and further qualify to be in the car draw on the 7th December.
  5. Only entries selected and positively verified during monthly draws will be entered into the car draw.
  6. Guests not available for the draw will be called and given 14 days to fetch their prizes.
  7. Prizes not fetched within 14 days will be put back in the prize pool for the following month’s draw.
  8. Draws will take place every 3rd Saturday of the month at 17h00.
  9. 10 finalist will be selected again on the 7th before the final draw.
  10. Only guests who have been selected in the past weeks plus additional guests selected on the day will qualify for the final draw.
  11. 10 finalist will be selected on the day to win final sponsored prizes and be in the car draw.
  12. 10 winners will be selected after the finalist draw of the day of the car draw, this will be off the 50 that will have been selected on monthly draw days.
  13. 1 of the 10 winners will win a car and the rest will win Cash and prizes sponsored by retail outlets.
  14. Draw will take place at 17h00 at Sun Central.
  15. Guests who will not be able to make it but can send a proxy will be given a proxy form to complete and the form must be hand delivered to marketing within the 14 days.
  16. Offer valid only at participating outlets. Guest to find out from each outlet if unsure of the outlet’s participation.
  17. Entry into this promotion is closed to Sun International employees, suppliers of prizes, contractors and concessionaires.
  18. The right of entry is reserved and Sun City reserves the right to prohibit entry of any persons for any reasons it deems necessary.
  19. Entry slips valid for the draw must be placed in the entry boxes 15 minutes prior to the relevant time specified on the entry slips.
  20. Entry slips and prizes are not transferable or negotiable. Lost entry slips will not be replaced.
  21. The right of entry is reserved and Sun City Management reserves the right to prohibit entry of any persons for any reasons it deems necessary.
  22. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, and amendments will be done at the sole discretion of Sun City Management.
  23. No person under the age of 18 may participate in the promotion.
  24. All participants MUST agree to publicity i.e. consent to use names and pictures
  25. All participants MUST be present for the draw on Saturday at 17h00
  26. Prizes MUST be collected within 14 days
