- Sun International management reserves the right to offer membership at their discretion.
- Membership valid for one year, and renewable every year.
- Membership applicable to individual is not transferable nor can it be used by any other person.
- Members are only permitted to purchase one golf membership package per annum.
- No future payments will be accepted for renewal.
- In the event that the MVG member status is regraded, the golf membership will not be affected until the golf membership agreement has been terminated.
- Complimentary rounds of golf are redeemable at either golf course.
- Exclusion period such as the Nedbank Golf Challenge duration will be observed.
- Tournament invitations will be based on minimum golf play at Sun City golf courses.
- Sun MVG members must be physically present to utilize any benefit and they will be required to present their MVG/digital card and positive ID to verify the details on Concept Golf.
- Benefit vouchers (The Pro shop) cannot be exchanged for cash or points or sold to the next party.
- Member to earn MVG loyalty benefits from the annual golf membership fee. This will be effected within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Benefits and rewards are for the sole use of the member. These may not be sold or given away. If for any reason, you are unable to utilize or redeem the reward, then the rewards will be forfeited and cannot be claimed retroactively.
- Excluded persons (i.e. self-excluded, persons refused access, or any other category of excluded persons) and juristic persons are prohibited from participation in MVG and signing up to the golf membership. The afore-going persons shall forfeit any Benefit accrued to them.
- Each member shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of participating in the Exclusive Golf Membership.
