Celebrate International Chef’s Day
with Our Exclusive Summer Menu at Time Square

In honour of International Chef's Day, we’re excited to introduce a limited-time menu crafted by our talented Chefs to celebrate the flavours of summer. Each dish reflects the creativity and passion of the chefs behind it - available à la carte exclusively at participating properties.

Try Chef's Poached pear and blue cheese tart

Ingredients

  • 500ml of dry red
  • 100g of puff pastry
  • 1 large pear
  • Micro herbs

Method

  1. Roll out the pastry on a lightly floured work surface to 3 even squares bake them at 165°c for 10minutes and allow to cool.
  2. Poach the pear in red wine for 1hour at low heat.
  3. Put the micro herbs in iced water to keep it alive and fresh.
  4. Once the pear is soft and cooked slice it and put it on top of one puff pastry, crumble blue cheese, micro herbs and repeat the step until the third puff pastry.
  5. Reduce the red wine more until it's thick and drizzle it on top.
