Sibaya improves tables product offering
Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom has enhanced its product with the design of 45 new tables for Black Jack, Roulette and Poker.
Gaming manager, Robin Kennedy said the new modular tables, constructed by local supplier, CSS had exceeded all expectations and took just 10 days to complete.
Kennedy, said CSS had come up with a new design, introducing a new slick, streamlined table, with modular components to make future maintenance less cumbersome. The design is a first of its kind and is the brainchild of CSS.
“The advanced ergonomic table design was welcomed by all after the first iteration done for the Prive and this made for an easy decision to take this new design to the rest of the main floor, Sun Lounge and Private Gaming areas. We were very impressed with the quality of work,” he said.
CSS, a supplier of tables and equipment to the casino industry, comes from humble beginnings as a small start-up founded by Shaun and Ashnee Govender in Durban in 2011. In September 2013, CSS was privileged to become part of Sibaya Casino’s Enterprise Development (ED) Programme. The first cash injection from Sibaya saw CSS grow from a two person operation based in a home office to a larger operation with additional staff. CSS capabilities expanded to provide more services to other Sun International units, This allowed them to relocate operations to the Sunny Rock Business Park in Sunnyridge, Johannesburg and again increase their staff complement.
CSS managing director Shaun Govender said their new offices, showroom and fully equipped workshop allowed clients to experience over 300 products and services that they had to offer.
