Terms & Conditions
- Bookings are ONLY confirmed if we received FULL pre-payment 1 week prior to arrival, a copy of the signed Terms & Conditions and the Proof of Payment.
- All payments must be EFT.
- Bookings are possible for lunch 13h00 – 16h00.
- Note that dining times for groups is a maximum of 2 hours from booking time.
- Bookings are held for 30 minutes from booked arrival time, after that we reserve the right to consider the booking a no-show and give the table(s) away (the same applies for if only a part of the group arrives to ‘hold’ the table(s)).
- Seating is at the discretion of the Tatso team on the day itself – we cannot join or move tables around. We will of course endeavour to seat any group as closely together as possible.
- NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Patrons entering the Tatso Restaurant will not be entitled to leave the restaurant and go to the gaming area during dining periods.
- No takeaways are permitted.
- Should your group’s number decrease on the day, please note there will not be any money refunded back to you.
- MVG / Special Discounts do not apply to Tatso Corporate Group bookings.
- No audio-visual equipment or banners may be brought into the venue.
- No additional décor can be brought into the venue.
- Even with a reservation you will be required check in at the front of the restaurant with the manager or cashier. Please make sure you have your booking confirmation (with reservation name) and proof of payment.
- Beverages need to be settled on the day/night, as well as anything else not on the prior invoice. Please note that Tatso is a non-smoking outlet.
