Rules

  1. Any person who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from purchasing the MOTHER’S DAY LUNCH BUFFET 2024 Offer.
  2. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. The Mother’s Day buffet will take place on 12 May 2024 only. (13h00 – 17h00)
  1. Offer is for lunch buffet only- excludes drinks.
  2. To reserve a place at the Buffet, bookings must be made before 12 May 2024.
  3. Bookings are ONLY confirmed if FULL payment is received.
  4. A copy of the signed Terms & Conditions and Proof of Payment is required to secure the booking.
  5. Payment for bookings must be made via EFT.
  6. Walk-ins allowed.
  7. A maximum of 3 hours dining time will be allowed.
  8. Bookings are held for 30 minutes from booked arrival time, after that we reserve the right to consider the booking a no-show and give the table(s) away (the same applies for if only a part of the group arrives to ‘hold’ the table(s))
  9. No REFUNDS
  10. All offers are subject to availability.
  11. Any persons transgressing the rules of the Mother’s Day Lunch Buffet will be disqualified.
  12. Every participant in this promotional offer shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  13. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
