RULES

  1. In terms of Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom’s license no person under the age of 18 may participate in this promotion.
  2. Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom may vary or add to the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants.
  3. This promotion is closed to all Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom and Sun International employees, suppliers, contractors and their immediate families.
  4. To qualify as a contestant, you must register for entry into the promotion with your MVG card.
  5. Only one card per account will be able to receive tickets.
  6. In order to claim your prize, the main account holder must be present at the draw and in possession of their Identification document, valid MVG card and ticket counterfoil.
  7. Participants can only win once per draw.
  8. You must claim your prize within 90 seconds of the announcement.
  9. In the event of the main account holder not claiming the prize within 90 seconds, they will be automatically disqualified and a new ticket will be drawn.
  10. Tickets are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  11. There will be no limitations on the number of tickets per customer into each draw.
  12. All draws will take place at Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom on the dates and times indicated.
  13. Management of Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom may issue tickets in any manner deemed fit.
  14. All decisions of Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom’s General Manager and management are final and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
  15. This promotion may be terminated without prior notification, wherefore the validity of the ticket will be withdrawn.
  16. Any person found deviating from the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
