How to Enter
Download the Sun International App and link your MVG account by 31 July 2024 at 23h59 to be eligible for the competition.

Rules
- Any person who is under 18 years, or who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in the Sun App- Download & Win competition.
- This promotional competition is exclusive to all Sun App members who download the App and link their MVG account before 31 July 2024, and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. In addition, all persons who are precluded from participating in gambling activities as determined in the Sun International Employees, Suppliers, Service Providers and Concessionaires Gambling Policy may not participate in this promotional competition.
- MVGs who download the Sun international APP and link their MVG account before 31 July, as well as all existing APP users who have linked their MVG accounts, will qualify for entry in this promotion. All qualifiers will each get 1 entry into the competition.
- Entries will close on 31 July 2024 at 23h59, and the winner will be notified by 5 August 2024.
- Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. The number of valid entries is limited to 1 entry per qualifying Sun App user.
- Participants must activate their entry by downloading the Sun App and linking it to their MVG account on 31 July 2024 before 23h59
- Qualifying participants will be automatically entered into the APP competition once they download the App and linked their MVG account. The opening and closing times for entry into the competition(s) will be advertised through mediums used by the casino.
- One lucky App user will win a 1-night stay at the Sibaya Lodge including breakfast for 2.
- To claim their prize, the winner must be in possession of their MVG card and valid SA ID document. Only the lawful App user is entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules.
- The prize winner must positively identify themselves by producing the following when signing for receipt of their prize.
- For South African citizens: a valid SA ID book/ ID card or a valid SA driver’s license.
- For Non- South African citizens / foreign nationals: a valid passport or government issued refugee permit
- The prize winner will be randomly selected.
- Should the prize winner not be contactable within 8 hours of winning the prize, the prize winner will then forfeit the prize without any compensation.
- The prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
- All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
- Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation. This version of the rules are the official rules and supersedes any other document purporting to be rules for this promotional competition.
- In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
- These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version, and is available on the website
- Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice.
