Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Banning order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;

This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  2. SunMVG’s earn casino points to qualify into cash and car draws.
  3. A maximum of 100 earned tickets plus free tickets according to MVG card status will be allowed in each draw.
  4. A maximum of 100 earned tickets plus free tickets according to MVG card status will be allowed in the Bonus Draw.
  5. Sun MVG members must earn casino points during the specific period to be eligible for entry into the draw which is to be held during advertised time(s).
  6. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  7. Participants can only win once per draw.
  8. Draw Prize Winners will be selected by way of a random electronic draw. Where applicable, draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
  9. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the promotion executive terminals are open. The opening and closing times for the promotion executive terminals will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
  10. Prize winners who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and Sun MVG card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
  11. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  13. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
  15. Whilst Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom ("Sibaya Casino") takes reasonable steps to ensure that draw entries are correct, the sole responsibility rests with participants to ensure the correct allocation of entries prior to any actual draw.
  16. It is possible for technical failures or system malfunctions to occur. In such instances Sibaya Casino, its management, employees or agents shall not accept any liability for any damages or claim whatsoever and howsoever arising from the afore going occurrences.
  17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  18. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
