Terms and Conditions

  1. No persons under 18 is allowed to participate in this competition.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a banning order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this competition.
  3. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of, or any other person directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouse, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  1. The Competition starts on the 29th of November 2024 till the 6th of January 2025.
  2. Any entries received after the end of the competition period will not be considered.
  3. Participants qualify by taking a selfie, posting their photo with the applicable hashtag, and tagging Time Square on social media.
  4. Participants are allowed to enter the competition multiple times.
  5. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  6. 5 (Five) Prize winners will be selected weekly on Mondays through a random draw and will be contacted directly.  
  7. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  8. All decisions are final and binding, and no further correspondence or appeals will be considered.
  9. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
