- Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
- Payment Terms:
- Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
- Menu Selection:
- Any dietary requirements or special requests should be communicated at the time of booking.
- Event Duration:
- Events must conclude by 20:00 PM unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Liability:
- Meropa Boma or WildThingz is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or its property during the event
- Conduct:
- All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and orderly manner.
- The venue reserves the right to remove any guest who is disruptive or poses a threat to others.
- Force Majeure:
- Meropa Boma or WildThingz is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions
