  1. Weekly Fiesta Wednesday draws
    • A share of R25 000 Cash will be given away in weekly Wednesday e-draws.
    • Diamond and Platinum Cardholders to earn 5 casino points | Gold and Silver Cardholders to earn 3 casino points from Wednesday to Wednesday at 18h45 to qualify into the draw.
    • The top 5 points earners will be notified on the day of the draw to come and collect their prizes from Cash Desk.
    • Top 5 Points Earners prizes will be from highest to lowest range.
    • Other 5 winners will be randomly selected from an e-draw system.
    • Of R25 000 cash, the top 5 points earners are guaranteed a share of R10 000 in cash.
    • Ticket entries for qualifying guests will open on Wednesdays from 12h00 until 19h45. Draw time: 20h00.
  1. Weekly Monday Mega Roulette
    • A MVG Card Holders to purchase tickets at R30 each from the cash desk.
    • Ticket sales end 15 minutes before the promotion. Ticket submission ends 5 minutes before the promotion commences.
    • The ticket has two copies and is numbered. The guests complete the ticket with any 9 numbers from 0 - 36.
    • The top (original) copy of the ticket is then handed to the security officer/gaming.
  2. Weekly Friday Fiesta Silver 
    • Promotion open to Silver Card Holders only. Guests to earn 2 points to qualify.
    • Guests to earn points from Friday to next Friday at 18h45. A share of R3000 in cash to be given through e-draw.
    • Ticket entries for qualifying guests will open from 12h00 until 17h45 on Fridays.
    • Draw time is at 18h00.
  3. Weekly Saturday Fiesta Draw 
    • Promotion is open to All Sun MVG Card Holders only. Guests will get only 1 ticket/ voucher for the draw.
    • A share of R 7 000 in cash to be given through e-draw. Ticket/ voucher printing will open from 12h00 until 16h45.
    • Draw is at 17h00.
  4. Final Car giveaway Draw
    • A RENAULT Kiger MY22 1.0 ENERGY ZEN is to be won during the car draw taking place on Friday 31 May 2024 at 20h00.
    • The above draw is open to all Sun MVG’s (Both Slots and Tables).
    • The points earning period will be from Wednesday 6 March to 30 May.
    • Guests are to earn 50 points during the promotional period to qualify.
    • Top 5 points earners for the promotional period are guaranteed a prize in the draw.
    • 5 The top 5 points earners will select their prizes first based on their positions from highest to lowest.
    • Other 5 finalists will be called via E-draw.
    • Other 5 finalists will each win R2000 in cash and will be selected via E-draw.

Rules

  1. Any person who is under 18 years, or who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in The Heartbeat Energy Fiesta promotional competition (“promotional competition”).
  2. This promotional competition is open to Sun MVG members, Energy & Choice FM’s listeners, and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. In addition, all persons who are precluded from participating in gambling activities as determined in the Sun International Employees, Suppliers, Service Providers and Concessionaires Gambling Policy may not participate in this promotional competition.
  3. Participants earn points to qualify for entry tickets(with the exception of Energy & Choice FM listeners) during the promotional period which commences on 06 March and terminates on 01 June 2024 by playing slots or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme. The foregoing dates commence and terminate in line with the gaming day of the casino.
  1. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. The number of valid entries are limited to 100 per draw.
  2. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
  3. Finalists will be selected by way of random draw prior to the draw for prize winners. The finalists must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 180 seconds of their names being drawn. The afore-going finalists must produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket, personalized MVG card or identification document to confirm their eligibility to be a finalist. The eligible finalists may opt out of being present at the draw where the prize winners will be determined by completing the opt out register for the corresponding draw.
  4. If a finalist is not present for the finalist draw or does not present himself or herself within the specified time with the corresponding printed or electronic ticket, personalized MVG card or identification document; or if he or she cannot be identified by the casino in the above manner within the 180 seconds concerned, a redraw will occur for another finalist. The prize winners will thereafter be selected from the eligible finalists by way of another random draw or through any other draw mechanics used to determine the prize winner(s), as the case may be.
  5. The respective draw times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
  6. Where applicable, in instances where the finalist has opted out the last podium, envelope, key or other option used to select the prize winner(s) or prize(s) will be issued to that finalist that opted out by default of the other finalists choosing first.
  7. No opt outs allowed for the duration of this promotion.
  8. Top points earner’s proxy will only be permitted to play on behalf of a participant in the instance where a participant has gained a qualifying position into the car draw in instances where the participant is not be able to attend. The affected participant must activate their entry into the draw and complete the proxy form from 12h00 until 19h45 on the day of the draw and he/she must sign the nomination form prior to the draw.
  9. The top 5 points earner’s proxy will only be allowed for draws taking place on the 31 May & 01 June 2024 at 20h00 and the nominated proxy participant will act on behalf of the qualifying participant and follow the draw mechanism.
  10. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for the entry to the draw(s) will be advertised through mediums used by the casino.
  11. Prize winners who are present will be given 180 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of the winning ticket. Only the lawful cardholder of the corresponding winning ticket is entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules.
  12. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 180 seconds a re-draw will occur and the prize winner who is not present shall forfeit the prize without any compensation.
  13. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
  14. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
  16. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes, finalists, and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
  17. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation. This version of the rules are the official rules and supersedes any other document purporting to be rules for this promotional competition.
  18. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights.
  19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
  20. These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
  21. Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice.
