Mechanics: Guests need to earn 5 casino points from Wednesday to Tuesday end of business weekly to qualify into the draw.

Draw tickets are limited to 100 tickets per draw.

Time: Draw starts at 19h00. Qualifiers must activate their entry to the draws on the day of the draw from 12h00 until 18h45.

Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the Shake it up this summer promotional competition (“promotional competition’). Any person who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotional competition;
  2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Sun MVG members, and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  3. Participants earn points to qualify for entry tickets during the promotional period from 5 November 2021 to 26 January 2022 by playing slots or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme. The aforegoing dates commence and terminate in line with the gaming day of the casino.
  1. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. The number of valid entries are limited to 100 tickets per draw.
  2. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
  3. Finalists will be selected by way of random draw prior to the draw for prize winners. The finalists must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 180 seconds of their names being drawn and announced verbally or via internal display mechanisms. The finalists may opt out of being present at the draw where the prize winners will be determined by completing the opt out register for the corresponding draw.
  4. If a finalist is not present for the finalist draw or does not present himself or herself within the specified time a redraw will occur for another finalist. From the group of eligible finalists, the prize winners will be selected by way of a random draw.
  5. The respective draw times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
  6. Where applicable, in instances where the finalist has opted out the last podium, envelope, key or similar item used to select the prize winner or prize(s) (“selection mechanism”) will be issued to that finalist that opted out by default of the other finalist choosing first. Where there are more than one opted-out finalist, then the respective finalists will be contacted in the order that they became finalists to utilise the available selection mechanisms to select their prize(s).
  7. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used by the casino.
  8. Prize winners who are present will be given 180 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and Sun MVG card. Only the lawful cardholder is entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules.
  9. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 180 seconds a re-draw will occur and the prize winner who is not present shall forfeit the prize.
  10. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign positively identify themselves when signing for receipt of prizes.
  11. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  12. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
  13. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for selection of prizes, finalists and prize winners irrespective of the cause thereof another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
  14. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation, are deemed to have consented to their names and/or Sun MVG member being announced or displayed in the above manner.
  15. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
