From 08h00 to 09h00, the Secret Sunrise JHB dance will be a vibrant and invigorating experience that will leave you feeling uplifted and connected. Gather groups of friends, because this is the perfect opportunity to celebrate joy of movement.

What is Secret Sunrise?

Secret Sunrise is a global community that celebrates life, through music, movement, and connection. Described by TimeOut as the 'happiest way to start your day', over 50 000 people have already joined the movement, be it at sunrise or sunset. Skilled and qualified facilitators guide you through a journey that encompasses mindfulness, improvisation, movement, and dance.

New to the SS community?

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party.  We combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies, ages, genders, and fitness levels are welcome. Get ready to get up and out of your comfort zone, move, dance, twirl and connect with yourselves and one another. This is what the world needs now more than ever!

Secret Sunrise will not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to personal property or self. Please be advised that photographs and videos will be taken at the event for use on the Secret Sunrise social media accounts for marketing materials. By entering this event, you consent to the Secret Sunrise photographing and using any images and videos taken. Tickets are non-refundable. R200 breakfast special is open to Secret Sunrise JHB attendees only.
