Terms and Conditions
- All bookings require a 50% deposit in order to secure your reservation:
- The booking is not secure until such time as deposit is received and we reserve the right to release bookings with no deposit.
- Balance of payment must be received 48 hours prior to arrival of booking.
- Cancellations:
- 14 days and greater, full refund.
- 48 hours to 13 days, 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours 100% cancellation fee.
- Change in numbers:
- 48 hours to 13 days, up to 20% change in number no cancellation fee.
- 24 to 47 hours, up to 5% change in numbers no cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours, full 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
- No-shows, 100% cancellation fee.
- Sun MVG discounts do apply.
- Corkage R30 per bottle.
- Cakes:
- You are welcome to bring your own, please inform our reservation team when making your booking.
- Décor:
- Please discuss with our reservation team, table décor is welcome.
- No banners/ pull up banners are allowed.
