Early sitting: 17h00 to 18h30 | R220 per adult and R99 per child

Main sitting: 19h00 to 22h00 | R255 per adult and R195 per child

Terms & Conditions

  1. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit. Proof of payment to be mailed to quarterdeckreservations@suninternational.com
  2. A reservation will automatically be cancelled should a 50% deposit not be paid within seven days or seven days prior to the actual booking date, whichever is earlier.
  3. No cancelation fee if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of making the reservation.
  4. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for a reservation cancelled within seven days of the booking but more than 49 hours of the booking.
  5. A 50% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee should the reservation be cancelled within 48 and 25 hours before the actual booking date.
  6. A full deposit will be non-refundable if no cancellation and/or adjustment is made to the reservation 24 hours prior to booking time.
  7. In case of a refund, proof of banking details including a stamped letter from the bank, or a bank statement will be required as confirmation of the account holder.
  8. A R80 corkage fee per bottle will be charged should you bring your own beverages to consume in the venue.
  9. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances management reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose any promotions without prior notice.
  10. Promotional offers are subject to availability.
  11. Sun MVG Leisure points cannot be used to purchase any promotional offers except those in direct relation to them.
  12. Sunsational Deal for 2 vouchers to be purchased from the GrandWest Cash desk before 17h00, this promotion is only available from Wednesday to Saturday for the 17h00 to 18h30 sitting, it can not be extended or changed to a different sitting.
  13. Promotional offers are subject to availability.
  14. No special or promotional discounts will be applicable to the existing promotional offers.
  15. In the event of a late arrival kindly call Quarterdeck Restaurant to notify. Late arrivals with no notifications will only be guaranteed for a maximum of 20 minutes and with notifications for a maximum of 40 minutes, thereafter the table will be released back into the system and resold.
  16. Sitting meal times will not be extended in any event.
  17. The buffet closes 10 minutes before the end of the sitting times.
  18. Should your dining time exceed, we may ask you to vacate or move tables to accommodate the next sitting, please do not feel offended.
  19. No take-aways are allowed.
