The magic of Christmas comes alive at GrandWest with our Letter to Santa competition.

All you need to do is grab your pen, pour your heart into a letter, and drop it into Santa’s magical mailbox located in the Atrium.

Here’s the exciting part: lucky kids who participate might just receive a special wish from their list—up to the value of R2,500!

Whether you’re wishing for toys, books, or a special holiday surprise, Santa’s ready to make the season brighter for a few lucky winners. Don’t miss your chance to add a sprinkle of magic to your holiday season!

Terms and Conditons:

  1. Letter to Santa lucky draw runs from Monday, 9 December to Sunday, 22 December 2024.
  2. Entries close at 17h00 on Sunday, 22 December 2024.
  3. No late entries will be accepted.
  4. The draw will take place on Monday, 23 December 2024, and winners will be notified telephonically using the contact information provided by that same day.
  5. Entrants stand a chance to win one of their “wishes” as indicated on the Letter to Santa.
  6. Prize value up to a maximum of R2 500 (two thousand five hundred rand) per wish.
  7. Limited to one entry per child, multiple entries will be disqualified.
  8. Entries which are unclear, illegible will be declared invalid.
  9. Entries are open to children between the ages of 3 (three) to 12 (twelve).
  1. Prizes are not transferable or negotiable.
  2. Any prize not taken up for any reason within one month of notification will be forfeited.
  3. The right of entry is reserved, and management's decision will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  4. The winner’s legal guardian may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity before claiming their prizes.
  5. Prize winner’s legal guardian must be in possession of a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License).
  6. The winner’s legal guardian is to sign an acknowledgement of receipt of the prize and will be required to produce their legal ID document.
  7. The promotion is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, tenants and their employees, agents, or consultants of the company or its marketing service providers. It is also closed to any person who directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is affiliated with the company, as well as their spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members.
  8. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  9. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  10. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
