Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order or who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  1. MVG members playing slot machines in the Privé on Saturday, 17 September 2022 from 21h00 until all prizes have been awarded will have an opportunity to receive a reward via the Win a Prize bonusing feature on the iView screen;
  2. The reward will range from a minimum of R2 500 in Xtra Play to a maximum of R10 000 in Xtra Play;
  3. Total promotional prize value is R200 000 Xtra Play over the promotional period;
  4. Participants must be actively playing slots in the Privé during the promotional period to be eligible;
  5. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  6. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
  7. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  8. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  9. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  10. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  11. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  12. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
