  • MVG members will receive a free ticket allocation based on card type.
  • At draw on the selected dates, five participants will be selected via Promo Exec;
  • Once selected, the player will be offered R3 000 in cash, plus a chance to spin the wheel and win an additional amount of up to the value of R5 000 cash;
  • The player will have one chance to spin the wheel and the wheel must spin a minimum of two revolutions for a spin to be valid.
  • The amount that the arrow lands on is verified by the draw administrator and paid out to the guest.

Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order or who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  1. MVG members will receive a free ticket allocation based on card type:
    • Silver MVG members will receive two (2) ticket entries into the draws.
    • Gold MVG members will receive four (4) ticket entries into the draws.
    • Platinum MVG members will receive six (6) ticket entries into the draws.
    • Diamond MVG members will receive eight (8) ticket entries into the draws.
  2. The Lucky Spin promotion runs as follows:
    • Tuesday, 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 August 2022
    • Tuesday, 6, 13, 20 and 27 September 2022
    • Draw Time | 20h00
    • Ticket Issue | From 12h00 on draw date.
  3. Ticket issue will close automatically 15 minutes prior to the start of the draws;
  4. Prize winners will be selected by way of random selection through E-draw;
  5. Draw announcements will be made on the casino floor and winners will be informed of prize collection location;
  6. Prize winners will be given 180 seconds (three minutes) to present themselves and must be in possession of their MVG loyalty card and valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License);
  7. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 180 seconds (three minutes), a redraw will take place;
  8. The total prize value is up to R270 000 in cash;
  9. R15 000 cash is allocated to the selected players which consists of R3 000 for each of the five players;
  10. Once selected, player will be offered R3 000 cash plus a chance to spin the wheel and could win an additional prize up to the value of R5 000 cash;
  11. The player will have one chance to spin the wheel and the wheel must spin a minimum of two revolutions for a spin to be valid.
  12. The amount that the arrow lands on is verified by the slots representative and paid out to the guest.
  13. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  14. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  15. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  16. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  17. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
