Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order or who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  1. The promotion runs on the following dates and times:
    • Draw | Sunday, 21 and 28 July 2024 | 19h00, 20h00 and 21h00.
    • Ticket Issue | From 15h00 on draw day.
  2. MVG members will receive a free ticket allocation based on card type:
    • Silver MVG members will receive two (2) ticket entries into the draws.
    • Gold MVG members will receive four (4) ticket entries into the draws.
    • Platinum MVG members will receive six (6) ticket entries into the draws.
    • Diamond MVG members will receive eight (8) ticket entries into the draws.
  3. Ticket issue will close automatically 15 minutes prior to the start of the draws on each respective draw day;
  4. Tickets will not be accumulated or carried forward to a subsequent draw and will only be valid for each respective draw;
  5. Prize winners will be selected by way of a random selection through E-draw;
  6. Draw announcements will be made on the casino floor and winners will be informed of prize collection location;
  7. Prize winners will be given 180 seconds (three minutes) to present themselves and must be in possession of their MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License);
  8. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 180 seconds (three minutes), a redraw will take place;
  9. The total prize value of the promotion is R300 000 over the promotional period.
  10. On each draw day at 19h00, R50 000 in cash will be given away consisting of R5 000, R10 000, R15 000 and R20 000 respectively;
  11. On each draw day at 20h00, R30 000 in prizes will be given away consisting of merchandise valued at R5 000, R10 000 and R15 000 respectively;
  12. On each draw day at 21h00, R70 000 in prizes will be given away consisting of merchandise valued at R10 000, R15 000, R20 000 and R25 000 respectively;
  13. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  14. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  15. Prizes are not transferable unless otherwise advertised.
  16. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes.
  17. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  18. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute.
  19. By virtue of participating in the promotion, every prize winner shall be deemed to have consented to announcement detailing their name and account numbers;
  20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  21. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
