Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order or who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  1. Tables MVG members must actively play tables during the promotional period in the designated area to be eligible;
  2. The promotion runs on the following dates and times:
    • Friday | 19 August 2022 | 19h00 to 21h00
  3. The total prize value is R50 000 in cash per promotional day;
  4. Twelve participants will be randomly selected via EBS during the promotional period;
  5. Once selected, the player will be offered the chance to choose a box and reveal a prize from the 12-box promotional game tool;
  6. All 12 of the boxes contain cash prizes, consisting of two x  R1 000, one x R2,000, two x  R2 500, two x R3 000, one x R4 000, one x R5 000, one x R6 000 and two x R10 000 respectively;
  7. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  8. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  9. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  10. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  11. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  12. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  13. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  14. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
