Rules

This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;

  1. All Platinum and Diamond MVG members qualify to participate in this 150 Super League Launch Power Winner Mystery on Friday, 30 September 2022;
  2. Eight (8) prize winners will be randomly selected by way of EBS - Power Winners;
  3. Qualifying participants must be actively playing slots or tables during the promotional time period to be eligible;

150 Super League Launch Power Winner Mystery:

  1. Only the top 150 points earners as at Wednesday, 26 October 2022 at 06h45 qualify to participate in this 150 Super League Power Winner Mystery;
  2. Four (4) prize winners will be randomly selected by way of EBS - Power Winners;
  3. Qualifying participants must be actively playing slots or tables during the promotional time period to be eligible;

150 Super League Draw:

  1. Qualification for the 150 Super League Draw, as well as eligibility for any of the prizes will be based upon the MVG casino points earned on slots or tables between the promotional period of 1 October 2022 at 06h45 and 1 December 2022 at 06h45;
  2. Bonus points do not count towards the casino points earned during the promotional period;
  3. Prize winners will be selected by way of a manual draw;
  4. Only the top 150 casino points earners based on the above criteria will be considered;
  5. In the event of a tie for the 150th position, the tied points earners will all be included, notwithstanding the fact that this will result in more than 150 finalists;
  6. Only valid casino points will be considered in the tally. Gaming management will conduct audits of points earned during the promotional period and prior to the finalisation of the top 150. Points erroneously allocated will be rectified upon an audit of casino points earned;
  7. Qualifiers will be contacted by VIP Services and informed of their status;
  8. Qualifiers will need to be present at the draw to be eligible to win any of the prizes;
  9. No form of proxy representative will be accepted for the draw;
  10. One ticket will be issued to each of the top 150 qualifiers and each ticket will be uniquely numbered and will contain the name and account number of the qualifier;
  11. These tickets will only be issued on the night and should be placed in the draw bin upon registration. The draw bin will close 15 minutes prior to the draw;
  12. Prize winners will be given 180 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License);
  13. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 180 seconds, a redraw will take place;
  14. The total prize value of this promotion is over R1.9 million, consisting of a car valued at over R1.2 million and R400 000 in cash and R400 000 in Xtra Play.
    • On 30 September 2022, R200 000 Xtra Play will be given away consisting of eight prizes of R25 000 each;
    • On 28 October 2022, R200 000 Xtra Play will be given away consisting of four prizes of R50 000 each;
    • On 10 December 2022, a car valued at over R1.2 million and R200 000 in cash (consisting of R20 000, R30 000, R40 000, R50 000 and R60 000 respectively) will be given away;
    • Top three casino points earners share a total of R200 000 in cash consisting of R100 000, R60 000 and R40 000 respectively;
  15. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  16. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  17. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  18. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  20. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
