Sun International has increased its longstanding support of South African women’s golf as a tournament host on the six-tournament strong Sunshine Ladies Tour.
The R400 000 SuperSport Ladies Challenge presented by Sun International takes place at Sun City's Gary Player Country Club golf course from 21 - 23 April 2021.
The R400 000 SuperSport Ladies Challenge presented by Sun International was played at the historic Gary Player Country Club from 4 - 6 February 2020, with South Africa's Lejan Lewthwaite cruising to victory to win by 6 shots.
The tournament forms a key part of the growth of the Sunshine Ladies Tour, which now offers almost R6 million in total prize money.
Sun International has long supported the growth of women’s golf in South Africa at both an amateur and professional level, and most notably in its hosting of the Women’s World Cup of Golf at Sun City.
