  • Early Bird Mystery will run every Monday between 09h00 until 12h00 from 27 January until 30 June 2025
  • All Sun MVG cardholders playing slots on the Gaming MVG floor on this day and between these times will stand a chance of winning.
  • The Machine Will lock and the guest will receive a Food and Beverage Offer (Brekkie Bun and Coffee/Tea).
  • Winners will be chosen randomly through EBS.

Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Early Bird Mystery will run on Mondays from 27 January until 30 June 2025 between 09h00 and 12h00
  3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  1. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  2. This promotion is only open to Sun MVG cardholders actively playing slots during the promotion period.
  3. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  4. Prize winners will be selected randomly via EBS. Promotional time and date, and criteria to participate, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  5. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of any such changes.
  6. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.
  7. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered; participants do however have the right to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute.
  8. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  9. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  10. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
