Mechanics

  • Draw by means of playing on the Gaming floor from 24 November 2024. 
  • For the above draw dates – Guests must earn 1 casino point from 09h00 from the previous Sunday until the current Sunday at 12h00 to qualify for 1 ticket into the draw, to win a share of R100,000 in cash over the promotional period.
  • Tickets be limited to 20 per guest per draw night.

  • Guests Start earning entries into the Double-Up Cash Draw by means of playing on the Gaming floor from 24 November 2024.
  • For the draw on 16 December – Guests must earn 1 casino point from 09h00 on 24 November until the Friday, 13 December at 23h59 to qualify for 1 ticket into the draw, to win a share of R100,000 in cash over the promotional period.
  • Tickets be limited to 20 per guest per draw night.

Promotional Mechanics

  • Draws will be done manually through Incenti5, via Tombola.
  • Ticket issuing will open on the day of the draw at 09h00 on every draw date.
  • Ticket issuing will close 15 minutes prior to the 1st draw at 14h00
  • Guests must print a verification stub for each weekly draw on the day.
  • Guests must present themselves to the auditors with a valid picture identification (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
  • If a guest is not present at a specific draw, a new ticket will be drawn manually by Tombola after the 2 minutes and the guest will forfeit his/her chance of winning.
  • A guest can win only once at a specific draw night.

Rules

  2. For the weekly draw – Guests must earn 1 casino points from 09h00 from the previous Sunday until the current Sunday at 12h00 to qualify for 1 ticket into the draw, to win a share.
  3. Tickets can be Printed on the specified draw dates from 09h00 – 13h00
  4. Participants need to play Slots and Or Tables to earn Points as means of ticket entry 1 Tickets will qualify a participant for 1 entry in the draws to win a share of R100 000 in cash over the promotional period.
  5. Tickets will be printed via Incenti5.
  6. Guests need to print a verification stub for every draw date.
  7. No person under 18 allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  8. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  9. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  10. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using MVG loyalty cards.
  11. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  12. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates, and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  13. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times.
  14. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of positive and acceptable form of identification. (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
  15. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board will be informed of any such changes.
  17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  18. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; participants do however have the right to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute.
  19. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
