3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

4. It is the responsibility of the players to mark their card/s correctly (e.g. no repeat numbers) and announce a “full” card by shouting out FLAMINGO ROULETTE.

5. In the event of two or more players announcing FLAMINGO ROULETTE after a particular spin, the appropriate prize amount will be shared equally by the winning players upon positive verification.

6. If a number is repeated i.e. the same number occurring more than once during the course of the game, the subsequent spins will be discarded.

7. In order to claim on the “full” Flamingo Roulette Card, the card holder must be present at the promotion and must present themselves to the responsible person within 90 seconds of the announcement, the potential winner must hand over their ID document or valid card driver’s license or passport and “fully” completed Flamingo Roulette Card bottom copy to the auditors within 90 seconds.

8. The corresponding top copy must be found in order to claim the prize or else the guests/s will be disqualified and the game will continue. 

9. Guests have to buy a ticket at the cash desk for R30 in order to enter.

10. Ticket purchasing closes 15 minutes prior to the start of each promotional session. 

11. Entries cannot be obtained through points or through any other form of consideration.

12. Tickets are valid on the respective promotion date only.

13. No late entries will be accepted. Ticket entry closes 5 minutes prior to the start of each promotional session.

14. Prize winners who are present must present themselves to the PJ and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and positive and acceptable form of identification.

15. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

16. All decisions are final and binding. However, correspondence or appeals can be referred to the General Manager for adjudication and if still not satisfied to the NCGB thereafter.

17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.

18. In the event of a verification stub being damaged/destroyed in any way, the ticket will be made null and void. 

19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

22. All communication regarding this promotion constitutes part of the rules.

23. It is a specific condition of entry that the player agrees to be governed by these rules and any other decisions that the company officials may make. 

24. Any persons deviating from the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
