Our aim with the family bushwalks is to involve all members of the family. The family walks will be conducted in Letsatsing Game Park bordering the Pilanesberg National Park but still within the boundaries of Sun City. It is a 700Ha reserve with plenty of wildlife such as Wildebeest, Impala, Sable antelope, Nyala and not forgetting all the smaller creatures, critters and bird life.
While doing this activity one of our qualified field guides will collect the guests at the departure point and proceed to Letsatsing Game Park. Once in Letsatsing, guests and our guide will disembark from the Game Drive vehicle and the bush walk will commence. Going as close to the animals without scaring them away or disturbing them too much. We will then also focus a bit more on the behavior of the different animals and look at certain aspects that they leave behind like tracks, dung etc.
About Excursion
- This excursion will be conducted daily, year round in the mornings at 07:00 and in the afternoon at 15:30.
- This is a child-friendly activity, however, children up to 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The duration of the tour will be approximately 2½ hours. The tour will start from the Activity Hub where guests will commence on a 15 minute transfer to the middle of Letsatsing Game Park.
- The transfer time will be 15 minutes per way and times spent in Letsatsing Game Park will be approximately 2 hours.

R400 per adult & R200 per child under 16 years
Terms & Conditions
- Minimum 4 people per session.
- Maximum 20 people per session.
- The tour will be marketed by Sun City and Mankwe GAMETRACKERS through the websites and brochures.
- Guests to sign indemnity forms before embarking on the tour.
- Transfers will be conducted in 10 or 25-seater open vehicles at the discretion of Mankwe GAMETRACKERS.
- Guests are welcome to bring along cameras and binoculars.
- Guests will be able to pre-book online or directly at the Mankwe GAMETRACKERS desks in the Welcome Centre, the Activity Hub or through the hotel concierge.
