Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order or who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;

This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  2. All Silver Sun MVG members will receive one (1) free ticket entry into the draws;
  3. All Gold Sun MVG members will receive two (2) free ticket entries into the draws;
  4. All Platinum Sun MVG members will receive four (4) free ticket entries into the draws;
  5. All Diamond Sun MVG members will receive six (6) free ticket entries into the draws;
  6. Sun MVG members can earn one (1) additional ticket entry into the draws for every five (5) casino points earned weekly up to a maximum of 100 tickets;
  7. The earning period runs weekly from 07h00 on Wednesday, 27 March 2019 to 07h00 on Wednesday 26 June 2019;
  8. Participants are limited to a maximum of 100 ticket entries into the weekly and finale draws;
  9. The weekly draw times are at 20h00, 21h00 and 22h00 for all qualifying Sun MVG members on Wednesdays 3, 10, 17 and 24 April 2019, Wednesdays 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 May 2019 and Wednesdays 5, 12 and 19 June 2019.
  10. The finale draw times are at 20h00, 21h00 and 22h00 for all qualifying Sun MVG members on 26, 27 and 28 June 2019;
  11. Winners will be selected by way of random selection through electronic draw;
  12. The total prize money for the weekly draws at 20h00 is R 15 000 in cash consisting of
  13. R1 000, R2 000, R3 000, R4 000 and R5 000 respectively;
  14. The total prize money for the weekly draws at 21h00 is R 39 000 in cash consisting of R5 000, R7 000, R8 000, R9 000 and R10 000 respectively;
  15. The 22h00 weekly draw is for a Renault Kwid valued at over R 152 000;
  16. The total prize money for the finale draws at 20h00 is R30 000 in cash consisting of R2 000, R4 000,
  17. R6 000, R8 000 and R10 000 respectively;
  18. The total prize money for the finale draws at 21h00 is R75 000 in cash consisting of R5 000, R10 000, R15 000, R20 000 and R25 000 respectively;
  19. The 22h00 finale draws is for a Renault Kwid valued at over R 152 000;
  20. Tickets will not be accumulated or carried forward to a subsequent draw and will only be valid for each specified draw;
  21. Tickets can be collected on the respective draw days from 12h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draws;
  22. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their Sun MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License);
  23. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place;
  24. No shortfall of points will be taken into consideration;
  25. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  26. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  27. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  28. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  29. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  30. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  31. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  32. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  33. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
