Frequently Asked Questions

A virtual conference is an interactive live event hosted entirely over the Internet. It allows remote attendees to access live conferences and meetings and hear presentations from their computers, laptop iPad or phone. Attendees participate through a conference website/link designed specifically for the virtual conference. You will watch conference presentations, listen to the presenters and participate with questions and comments in real time.

The conference is open to invitees from each booked meeting.

To participate, you need an Internet connection and web browser. For the best viewing experience, we recommend that you join the conference using a supported internet browser.

Once you register, you will receive an email with a link and detailed instructions on how to connect to the live conference.

All conference sessions will be recorded and provided to the organizer post event. These recordings can be uploaded, so you can view all Virtual Conference sessions at your convenience.

Registration is free.

Registration is dependant upon the type of security requested by the organiser. If you have been invited to a closed event then registration is essential.

Everyone who has been invited and sent the link to join.

The presenter may choose to answer your question verbally or via text during the session, alternatively your questions asked will be recorded and you will receive an email response to your questions after the event.

Attendee recording is restricted dependent upon which platform the event is being streamed through. Recordings will be made by the technical team on site and will then be available from the event organizer post event.

Technical support will be provided during the conference through our vendor.

It is recommended that a test is done on your preferred platform be it a computer, laptop, tablet or phone before the scheduled event/meeting using a supported internet browser.

Streamed sessions don’t begin streaming until the allocated start time of the virtual conference. Stay logged in and it will begin streaming on schedule. All sessions will be listed in the conference time zone.

This will depend on the various platforms being used to stream.
