4. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
5.  It is possible for malfunctions to occur in respect of the leaderboard or system used to calculate the points earned or delays may occur in the updating of the ranking. The rankings displayed on the leaderboard are not final until such time that management has verified and confirmed the same. Any person who relies on the rankings prior to management confirming same, does so at his/her own risk.
6. Participants who are present for the respective cash/finalist draw and/or slots tournament draw must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their names being drawn. The participant concerned must produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and government issued identification document/card or passport to be eligible for the prize. If the participant concerned is not in possession of his/her identification document, a redraw will occur without any compensation.
7. A participant who does not wish to be present at any draw/tournament must opt-out of being present for each draw/tournament and may furthermore nominate a proxy for each respective draw/tournament to represent him/her at the draw/tournament by completing a proxy form at the casino prior to the draw subject to the terms and conditions set out in the proxy form. Only the participant who was selected as the winner/finalist (and not the proxy) will be entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules. Proxies may only be nominated after participants have entered their tickets for a particular draw.
8. The participant agrees that the proxy is only permitted to represent him/her at draws/tournament on a specific date. Where a proxy is representing multiple participants on the same draw date, the corresponding participants will be disqualified. Where prizes were issued to a proxy that was representing multiple participants as aforesaid, the corresponding participant agrees to return the prize(s) to the casino without compensation.
9. If a participant/proxy is not present for the draw/tournament or does not present himself or herself with the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and identification document within the 120 seconds concerned, a redraw will occur for another prize winner/tournament participant without any compensation.
10. The respective prizes, draw times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for the Promotional Activities or communicated via SMS.
11. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) on the day of the draw(s) at the casino prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for the entry to the draw(s) at the casino will be advertised through mediums used by the casino or communicated via SMS.
12. The number of draw entries a participant may be eligible for may be communicated prior to the draw. In such instances the number of draw entries communicated is subject to variation. Variation may occur due to the difference in time between the data extraction and the time when draw entries are activated by the participant. In the event of bonus draw entries, which are awarded based on card tier, such entries are also subject to variation due to the timing of card tier regrades. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all their applicable entries are reflected on their kiosk slips or Sun App (if applicable) prior to the draw. Queries must be put to management prior to the commencement of the draw, failing which the number of entries as reflected in the draw will be applied without any recourse.
13. Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
15. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained. A complaint/dispute may be lodged with the ECGB.
16. Any person transgressing the rules of the Promotional Activities will be disqualified.
17. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
18. Every participant/proxy in the Promotional Activities shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
20. Participants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the casino company, its owners, directors, employees and agents in the event of any malfunction or technical failure, or in respect of any act or omission including, but not limited to negligence, on the part of any of the afore-going persons which may cause harm or damage in any form to any participant. In such instances, the participant concerned also agrees to waive any right he/she that may have existed in terms of the Promotional Activities, and that he/she exempts and releases the all of the afore-going persons from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, choices in action and damages which they now or may have at any time in the future.
21. The clauses herein are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
22. These rules are the official rules for the Promotional Activities supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
23. Management reserves the right to terminate the Promotional Activities without prior notification and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the Promotional Activities where such changes are fair to or benefits the participants (excluding earning criteria). 

MIDWAY DRAW 

24. Participants earn points to qualify for Midway draw entry tickets during the promotional period which commences on 08h00 13 February 2025 until 06 March 2025 23h59 by playing slot machines whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme. The MVG points earning criteria will be used for the leaderboard rankings.
25. Each participant will be awarded draw entries in accordance with their leaderboard rankings as advertised (e.g. 1st to 10th will receive 60 entries etc).
26. The Top 250 Slots Points Earners will be ranked on a leaderboard during the promotional period using their accumulated points earned over that period.
27. Fifteen (15) prize winners will be determined by way of a random draw on 8 March 2025. Each of the 15 prize winners will receive one (1) entry ticket into the Final draw in addition to a cash prize. The cash prizes will be awarded by way of random draw or be determined by way of their selection of promotional props.
28. Final Draw entry tickets will be valid even if finalists are not ranked within the Top 105 Slots Points Earners leaderboard on 27 March 2025. FINAL DRAW
29. Participants earn points to qualify for Final Draw entry tickets during the promotional period which commences on 08h00 13 February 2025 and terminates on 27 March 2025 23h59 by playing slot machines whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme. The MVG points earning criteria will be used for the leaderboard rankings.
30. The Top 105 Slots Points Earners will be ranked on a leaderboard using their accumulated points earned during the promotional period. The Top 105 Leaderboard will be displayed from 7 to 27 March 2025.
31. Participants who ranked in positions 1 to 5 on the leaderboard (“Top 5 Earners”) after the promotional period has terminated and rankings verified by management will gain automatic entry into the Slots Tournament.
32. A pool formed by the remaining 95 participants (“Top 95 Earners”) and the 15 Midway draw finalists will be awarded entries for the draw on 30 March. a. Should the winners of the Midway draw have a position in the Top 105, excluding the Top 5 positions, they will be eligible for two draw entries into the Final draw. b. If they occupy one of the Top 5 in rank on the leaderboard, they will forfeit any additional entries as they will be deemed to be auto qualifiers to participate in the Slots Tournament.
33. The Top 5, in accordance with their leaderboard rankings, will become Team Leaders who will randomly draw 4 other participants to form a team, subject to the positive verification of the other participants. If any of the other participants cannot be verified, a redraw will occur for another participant. 

SLOTS TOURNAMENT 

34. Management will determine which slot machines will be used for the tournament to be held on 30 March after the Final Draw and will allocate slot machines by way of random draw. Participants/proxies must be present for the draw for slot machine allocation. Slot machine allocations cannot be changed.
35. Each of the five heats in the tournament will last for 5 minutes. A score is considered to be the number of credits accumulated from combinations struck whilst playing the tournament game that will be enabled via the Elite Bonusing System. Credits accrued during the tournament have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for any consideration.
36. The Top 5 points earners announced during the Final Draw on Sunday, 30 March 2025, will each become Team Leaders of 5 teams.
37. The five Team Leaders will each draw 4 names from the entry bin. The participants drawn will join the respective Team Leaders to form a team of 5 persons to participate in the tournament. Teams will be permitted 15minutes prior to start of the tournament to discuss play strategy.
38. A team member (including the Team Leader) will be permitted to play up to 5 minutes (complete heat) or team members may tag in another team member at any time before expiry of the 5 minute-heat is completed. Team Leaders are permitted, within the 5-minute heat to make one substitution per heat, and the affected team member must comply with the Team Leaders election.
39. The teams collective score will be ranked on a leaderboard.
40. The prizes for the tournament will be displayed or advertised within the casino floor.
41. Team members (incl. Team Leader) who is not present within 15 minutes from the commencement of the heat will not be permitted to participate in the respective heat, although, he/she will continue to be part of the team and will be eligible for prizes (if any).
42. The Team Leaders’ MVG cards will be used for purposes of the tournament.
43. In the event of a technical failure or malfunction a particular heat may be suspended and all scores (credits won during tournament mode) for that heat voided in the event that a slot machine or system malfunction makes play impossible or hinders play. The respective heat will be replayed, or management may permit affected participants to play their session again after the heat is completed, and their score will be ranked accordingly with the remaining participants of the heat. Management reserves the right to postpone the tournament or heat if necessary.
44. Team leaders will be able to substitute a player per heat. Each player must however play at least for 1 minute per heat.
45. The accumulative scores after each heat will be displayed after the tournament.
46. Prizes will be issued according to the team’s leaderboard ranking once the tournament is completed.
