Rules
- Only the cardholder specified on the draw ticket may claim a prize.
- Entrants must be present at the draw to qualify for a prize. A valid identity document, MVG Card and the verification slips are required and must be presented within 2 minutes of the winning ticket being announced in order to claim a prize.
- Tickets are only valid for the draw date specified and may not be carried over to any subsequent draws.
- Tickets and prizes are not transferable or negotiable. Lost tickets/ verification slips will not be replaced.
- No person under the age of 18 may participate in the promotion.
- All participants MUST agree to publicity i.e. consent to use names and pictures
- The right of entry is reserved and The Boardwalk reserves the right to prohibit entry of any persons for any reasons it deems necessary.
- Entry into this promotion is closed to Sun International employees, suppliers of prizes, contractors, concessionaires and their immediate families.
- In the event of a disagreement, the application of the rules shall be final and binding over all participants. A dispute/complaint may be lodged with the ECGBB.
- All participants shall be advised of such changes to the rules, regulations and prizes, if any.
