Rules

  1. No person under 18 years may participate in this promotion.
  2. Participants must be valid MVG cardholders.
  3. Only the cardholder specified on the draw ticket may claim a prize.
  1. Tickets are only valid for the draw date specified and may not be carried over to any subsequent draws.
  2. Lost tickets/verification slips will not be replaced.
  3. Members must play Slots or Tables using their valid Sun MVG card during the promotional period to earn the stipulated number of casino points.
  4. Promotional times and dates; and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through mediums used for this promotion.
  5. Any person who has been issued with a banning order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  6. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  7. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  8. You may not give your card to any other player to play for you.
  9. Sun Boardwalk Gaming Management may vary or add to the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants.
  10. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  11. The participant must present a draw ticket, MVG card and SA Identity Document, SA Driver’s license or Passport unless their identity document is on record with the casino in which case, they may present their Sun MVG card. The casino will verify its records for an identity document – if no identity document is on record a re-draw will occur after the 120 seconds has expired.
  12. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds a re-draw will occur and the participant shall forfeit the prize.
  13. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless it is a car. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  14. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into. A dispute/complaint may be lodged with the ECGB.
  15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
