Smoothies

Atlantic Wild Blueberry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 250ml pomegranate juice
  • 250ml ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 peeled ripe banana
METHOD
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender until combined and smooth, serve in a chilled glass.
Cucumber and Ginger Shots
INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 piece of ginger root
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 250ml still water
  • 250ml ice cubes
METHOD
  1. Peel ginger, cucumber & kiwi and cut into chunks.
  2. Add to blender with ice, honey and water.
  3. Add in lime juice and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve.
Orange and Pineapple Squeeze
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 oranges
  • 500ml chopped pineapple
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp honey
METHOD
  1. Wash and cut oranges into halves, squeeze and remove pips.
  2. Add juice to blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
