Terms & Conditions

  1. Maximum 22 people in the VIP suite and maximum 30 people in Solis Bar or Luminary Lounge.
  2. Minimum 20 people to be booked for Solis Bar or Luminary Lounge.
  3. All food and beverages to be consumed in the hospitality areas.
  4. Drinks charged on consumption in Solis Bar and Luminary Lounge.
  5. No under 18 years.
  6. Subject to availability.
  7. The client is prohibited to reselling the hospitality package a 3rd party without written consent by Time Square.
  8. For security reasons, show tickets will be hand-delivered to the organiser & signed for on the day of the show.
  9. Sun International will not replace any tickets which have been lost, destroyed or for any other reason.
