Karabo Katlego Zwane is a skilled chef who is adept at a variety of advanced food preparation techniques, holds vast food safety knowledge, and has the ability to serve great food in a timely manner.
The Cabanas commis chef is committed to safe and sanitary cooking practices and maintaining an organised and clean cooking area.
Zwane’s journey as a chef began in 2022 when he completed his practical assessments at Sun Convention Centre. Having always been passionate about cooking, his experience at Sun City has further fuelled his love of the profession.
Zwane made an instant impression on landing the job at Sun City, being nominated in the top three employees of the month. His long-term goal is to be recognised as one of the best chefs globally.
