Package Inclusions
- 4 Night’s Accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis (Sunday – Thursday)

Tournament Format
- Individual Stableford over 54 holes of golf
- Players will convert their course handicap to a playing allowance of 95% for the Individual Stableford competition
- Day 1 of each tournament will be a friendly draw whilst day 2 & 3 will be seeded
- The division that you qualify for will be determined by the number of golfers that have entered the tournament and will be communicated to you at the welcome function (A/B/C)
Important Points to Note
- Golfer sharing rates are applicable for 2 people sharing a room, either a golfer & a golfer or golfer and non-golfer
- It is a requirement that all golfers stay on resort to qualify to enter
- If booking a non-accommodation package you will be required to provide your MVG accommodation booking confirmation or Vacation Club (Sun City) reservation details to qualify to enter the event
- All golfers must have an OFFICIAL HANDICAP INDEX and must be registered with a golf club with a handicap of no more than 24 (men) and 36 (ladies)
- Gary Player Country Club, Sun City is strictly a walking course and no carts are allowed, no exceptions (including medical certificates will not be accepted)
- We will require a minimum of 9 ladies to run a separate ladies division, if less than 9 ladies are entered ladies will play in the relevant A, B or C division
- Division winners may only win one event per year (this applies to the NGC experience & trophy)
- Golfers who request not to be seeded on days 2 & 3 will not be legible for the main prizes
- ScoreCapture will be the official scorers for the duration of the tournament (Live Scoring)
- Please note your handicap will be frozen for the 3 days of competition
- Ladies will play off ladies tees
- Local course rules will be applicable and any required rulings will be made by the Golf Director
